Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MemoryLab Course, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (course content, code examples, and documentation) on MemoryLab Course for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform; remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server.

Limitations

In no event shall Norte Brove Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MemoryLab Course, even if Norte Brove Limited or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MemoryLab Course could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Norte Brove Limited does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Norte Brove Limited may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Norte Brove Limited does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, code examples, videos, and graphics, is owned by Norte Brove Limited and protected by intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) of Hong Kong. You may use code examples in your own projects but may not republish course content. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our materials may result in legal action.

Payment Terms

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Prices may change, but existing purchases are not affected. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
