Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. The refund applies to the full purchase price. Team and Enterprise plans follow the same policy for the first seat; additional terms may apply.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@memorylabcourse.com with your purchase receipt or the email used during purchase. Include 'Refund Request' in the subject line. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours. You may also write to us at 6/F, Hang Seng Wan Chai Building, 200 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
